Dear Sirs,
This is just to give you quick notice how much I enjoyed a trip booked at your company.
On January 10th, I went from Jerusalem to the Dead Sea and Masada. The tour was guided by Yakov (either he did not tell his full name or I forgot it), who was the ideal person to introduce to the sites, history, nature and so on. He was friendly, polite, excellently educated (I know that he worked as archeologist at Masada), had great command of the English language and the talent to transmit all this to the members of the tour. Finally, he was a good driver.
I was so glad to have booked the "Business Class", since the group was quite small and close contact to all the others as well as Yakov was possible.
Finally, you should perhaps consider to include a lunch in the booking (certainly for a higher price!), it would be great if the group could share a meal together (at least I would have done with all of my group); you have to lunch anyway.
In the meantime I have returned to Germany which boasts of snow this year; I wish I would be back in Israel. I spent two very impressing weeks at your country and enjoyed the open character of the people and their willingness to discuss every topic. I was so astonished that not anyone was reluctant because of my German nationality.
